We usually have a 24 - 48 hour turnaround during non-holiday weeks.

We try to make the process of submitting your videos as simple as possible so that you can start posting and engaging further with your audience without delay.

1) Send Us Your Content

There are a few different ways this can be accomplished. If you're streaming your services directly onto YouTube, then you only need to share a link to your YouTube page. We can download your video from there. If you are recording your sermons separately and have them available at a higher video quality, you can send them to us via Dropbox or Google Drive.

2) Editing Clips

Once we receive your video, your work is done. From there, we will listen to your sermon and analyze which parts will function well as short video clips. These clips can range anywhere from 20 seconds to 2 minutes to appeal to different social media platforms.

3) Branding/Captioning

After your clips are chosen, we work on the captions. Captioned videos tend to perform better on social media platforms as it is not always convenient for viewers to listen to clips. This is also the step where we can add small branding overlays, like your church logo, to the videos. We also establish SEO-based video descriptions that have the ability to hook viewers and appeal to your targeted audience.

4) Receive Post-Ready Video Clips

Once these steps are completed, we send these polished video clips back to you with the titling you can include in your description. If you are subscribed to our highest tiered package, we will post the clips for you throughout the remainder of the week.
